Recovery, Growth & Life Coaching
In Recovery & Beyond
“YOU WANNA FLY, YOU GOT TO GIVE UP THE SHIT THAT WEIGHS YOU DOWN.”
BUT THEN WHAT?
Replacing the the gap left behind when we know we have to make changes means working to pick up new tools that make our lives feel better than we ever could have imagined.
You do not have to do this alone.

Certified Recovery and Life Coach
KELLY A. BECK
Looking back there was never a time when I wasn't passionately interested in understanding the mind and self-development. I am so grateful to have found my calling in the coaching field. It is such an honor to be able to support, witness, and be present for others on their path of courageous growth.
My life has been greatly affected by addiction and loss. I know first hand what it takes to walk away from things that are no longer working for us and to start building ourselves up from the inside out. I also know what it takes to navigate the stormy waves of losses we have no control over
and come out stronger for the experience.
I am proud to be a Certified Recovery and Life Coach (CPRC) and to be one -of only four- She Recover's Signature Coaches. I also host the Seattle She Recovers Sharing Circles each month.
In addition I have completed the graduate level training in Contemplative Psychology through the esteemed Karuna Training North America (an intense three year program based on mindfulness and compassionate communication).
I am the mother of four incredible children. I love photography, travel, and new adventures!
I would love to connect with you!
I love being part of a movement that celebrates recovery.
Recovery to me means: letting go of what is no longer serving us and cultivating new tools that strengthen us from the inside. It means being honest with ourselves that sometimes life hurts and embracing the fact that we're not doing anything wrong when it does. Accepting that it is just part of the human condition can give us a real sense of relief. Recovery means trusting that we're strong enough to meet life as it IS rather than how we think it SHOULD be. It means developing a sense of resiliency, knowing we'll be able to ride out stormy waves that come our way. Recovery means empowerment. It means living in our integrity. It means accepting the duality of any given moment and cultivating the filter of gratitude because that is the part we have control over. It means connecting with others who mirror back to us our most beautiful selves--as we do for them.
Recovery, to me, brings up a triumphant sense of celebration.
May we all choose recovery.
