“To be fully alive, fully human,
and completely awake
is to be continually thrown
out of the nest.”
— Pema Chödrön

And then what?
Life can be painful-- sometimes because we choose to let something go,
and sometimes because life changes without our consent.
These times can feel so groundless.
You do not have to go through it alone.

Connection. Presence. Honesty. Compassion.
I would be honored to walk beside you as you move through this chapter of your life.

"We're all just walking each other home."

Kelly A. Beck
Certified Recovery and Life Coach
Coaching grew out of the hardest seasons of my life. I know how powerful it can be to receive support from someone who has walked through similar experiences. I think of my work as that of a life doula — walking beside you, offering steady support, practical tools, and encouragement as you move through life’s transitions.

In my own life, I’ve faced profound loss, chosen sobriety, left a long-term marriage, survived stage-4 cancer, and rebuilt my life across an ocean. The inner tools I cultivated along the way are the same ones I use today to support others.

I am a Certified Recovery and Life Coach (CPRC) and trained as a Signature Coach with She Recovers, a trauma-informed community supporting women in recovery. I also hosted the first in-person She Recovers sharing circles in the United States — work that continues to shape my approach.

I completed three years of in-person, graduate-level training with Karuna Training North America, rooted in mindfulness and compassion. I’m currently completing certification with the Focalizing Institute, deepening my work with body-based practices that support emotional clarity and self-connection.

I work with women around the world, offering support across time zones and life circumstances.

I live in Alkmaar, Netherlands with my husband, Han, and travel regularly to the United States to visit my four adult children. I love travel, nature, photography, and connecting with fellow seekers.

"When you stare at a stained glass
window in the dark,
it can seem quite dull,
for it needs sunlight to reflect the
glory contained within it.

And in the same way,
when you are feeling dull,
it is not that you have lost your
magnificence,
but just that you are in need of being
flooded with light."
