I’ve worked with several other coaches and therapists over the years but no one with whom I felt the same level of trust and love as I did and do with Kelly.

It seems like the Universe stepped in to guide me. I was so lucky to randomly find her website at a time that I needed her.

I could tell from the beginning that Kelly has the level of maturity and wisdom that I was seeking.  She has also walked in my shoes.  I cannot really express what a relief it is to have someone in your corner who knows exactly what you are going through and does not judge you.

Over 6+ months, Kelly was able to speak directly to the areas of my life that I wanted to change.  She helped with practical tools and advice that really worked!!!

I am so grateful.  I feel a level of peace that I did not know was possible. Kelly is one of my greatest teachers and a personal hero of mine.

Kelly was my lifeline in early recovery (and, still is)!  I found Kelly through She Recovers.  She had written a blog post describing her recovery journey.  It was personal, transparent and powerful.  It was clear to me, she had knowledge and skills that I needed.  I also needed a coach who demonstrated courage while leaving a long-term relationship.  In those early days, I needed someone I could connect with any time.  My cravings were strong, and I had relapsed many times.

Kelly gave me the confidence and support I needed, to keep going, when times were tough.  I feel so fortunate that our paths crossed, because I now have 21 months, alcohol free!   This is a miracle, and it would not have been possible without Kelly’s support.

I started working with Kelly when I was very newly sober and feeling very alone in Outback Australia. I listened to her story on The Bubble Hour Podcast and immediately liked her caring nature and experience in coaching.

Kelly has been a wonderful friend and mentor to me through my first year of sobriety. She listens and shares in perfect measure. She is a wealth of information, tools, skills and practises.

Across the world Kelly has helped me build the confidence I need to grow a spine without wine!

I’m forever grateful for finding this beautiful hearted woman and Sober Sister who has held space for me and my story.

When I started working with Kelly, I was on the brink of big life change. Working together, we mapped out a plan of action and explored barriers to taking action, both emotional and practical. I felt energised and empowered. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone seeking a life coach!

Working with Kelly was the keystone to my path to sobriety. I had tried and failed so many times on my own, but also didn’t feel comfortable going to meetings. My weekly calls and daily email check-ins with Kelly were just what I needed to get through the initial challenges to begin enjoying life without alcohol. Kelly’s calm demeanor and encouragement inspired me to stay the course even during the most ‘triggery’ times - lots of work travel and family stress due to some health issues. I’m very grateful to Kelly and the work she does as a recovery coach.

Kelly is one of the most caring, kind, intuitive people I’ve ever invited into my life for support. She immediately created a safe space in which I could ponder and unearth ideas concerning why I was having such a hard time maintaining sobriety. Through her wisdom, gentle guidance, and suggestions, I was able to embrace this beautiful life of recovery finally. Hiring her to coach me (and still coach me at six months) has been the defining moment when sobriety became a real and welcomed reality.

I cannot say enough about Kelly and my experience with her as a coach. I was nervous to try out coaching for the first time, but Kelly could not have been kinder and easier to work with. Her compassion and understanding were exactly what I didn't know I needed, and without realizing it, she taught me how to do that for myself. I felt so comfortable opening up to her completely, yet never pressured to do so. She is full of knowledge, grace and genuine care, and she was the perfect compliment to the self growth and discovery journey that I was already on but needed a little extra guidance with. I HIGHLY recommend trying out coaching with Kelly as part of your recovery journey!

I was introduced to Kelly after I expressed the desire for a compassionate life coach to guide me through a rough spot in my life.  I found Kelly to be a daily support I could count on. Her years of training we’re a blessing as we navigated my past , present and future.  I never felt judged or embarrassed as we sifted through the why and the how I got to where I was.  Kelly shared some of her own life with me and that allowed me to never feel alone.

Kelly is a passionate coach, mentor and friend to a great many women in our recovery movement. Women newer to recovery - in particular - are naturally attracted to her positive mindset, her gentle but confident nature and her encouraging approach to supporting women to design happier, healthier lives for themselves. Kelly lives what she teaches - and is unshakeable in her commitment to living a joyful life and helping other women to do the same.
